For Cake:                         Oreo Icing                               
Vanilla Extract: 1 1/2 tsp  Butter: 336g                            

Baking Soda: 2 tsp           Powdered sugar: 920g-1035   

Boiling Water: 240ml       Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp

Cocoa Powder: 85g          Water: 90 ml

Eggs: 2                                     

Flour: 260g

Salt: 1tsp

Sugar: 414g

Vegetable Oil: 240ml

Chocolate Ganache

Heavy Whipping Cream: 1/2 cup
Semi-sweet chocolate chips: 169g

For cake:
Prepare 3 eight-inch pie cups and grate on both sides with parchment paper loops on the bottom. This is a recipe where you can make three cakes. If you just want to make 1 cake just divide the ingredients by three and you are good to go!

Add all the dry ingredients into a big bowl and whisk all the dry ingredients together.

Add the dry ingredients of eggs, buttermilk, and vegetable oil and blend properly.

In hot water, add vanilla and add to blender.

Divide batter into three cakes and bake for about 30-33 minutes at 300 degrees, or until any crumbs are added to the toothpick.

Take cakes out of the oven and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes.

Now for the icing:
Beat the butter and shortening together until it's smooth.

Apply 4 cups of sugar slowly and blend until smooth.

Add the vanilla and oreo chips, smoothly blend together.

Add 4-5 additional powdered sugar cups and blend until smooth.

Fill with water or milk until it is smooth.

Set aside roughly three and a half cups for the icing inside the cake and add sliced Oreos.

Cut the cake domes with a big twisted knife while the cakes are cold.

On cake plates put the first layer of cake.

Disseminate 1/2 icing on top in an even layer of sliced Oreos.

Substitute the second layer of cake and add the remainder of the filling in the same layer of sliced Oreos.

Add the last layer of cake and frost with leftover frosting on the exterior of the cake.

For chocolate ganache:
To make the chocolate ganache, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to boil, then spill it over the chocolate chips. Allow for 2-3 minutes of resting time before whisking until smooth.

Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the cake's rim, then spill the remaining ganache over the top and scatter uniformly.

Allow the ganache to set for a few minutes before piping the remaining frosting across the top edge of the cake and sandwiching an Oreo between each swirl.

If needed, sprinkle a few Oreo crumbs on top of the cake before serving.
